Skills and Competencies

  • Computer literate.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized and focused.
  • Experience in a call centre environment.
  • Inbound and Outbound Calls and Email Correspondence

Requirements

  • Ability to work US hours – this could be as late as 4am in the morning SA time on any given day of the week.
  • Minimum of 12 months Customer Care experience within a Contact Centre environment.
  • Neutral accent and fully proficient in the English language.
  • Reliable transport to Mount Edgecombe.
  • Excellent telephone and email etiquette, able to communicate with Customers.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

*Job Type: Full-time

*Salary: up to R6000 basic + 750 attendance bonus + 750 Nightshift allowance + commission based on KPI

Ability to commute:

  • Mount Edgecombe, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
