KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make outbound calls to customers to interact with them, identify needs and promote the product/service.
  • Script adherence.
  • Maintain a high degree of product knowledge.
  • Build positive work relationship with customers to enhance the image and public perception of the company.
  • Time Management.
  • Maintain a courteous and friendly disposition when interacting with customers irrespective of their temperament.
  • Ensure daily shift call quotas and set targets are achieved.
  • Maintaining and improving quality and compliance by adhering to the standards and guidelines.
  • .JOB SPECIFICATION/COMPETENCIES (MINIMUM)
  • Matric
  • Minimum 9 months Outbound Sales experience
  • Clear Dofa
  • FAIS/RE Advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Work well under pressure.
  • Target Driven
  • Self-motivated
  • Clear credit and Criminal Record
