Job Purpose
- The purpose of this role is to deal with Telephonic Calls and Client Queries. This relates to all inbound/ outbound calls, as well as any assigned administrative duties.
Job Description and Key Accountabilities
- Answering all incoming calls.
- Email correspondence with Merchants (Client’s clients) and internal departments.
- Administrative duties (General)
- Other Duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Experience, and Job Requirements
- Matric
- Tertiary education advantageous
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer experience as a call center agent.
- Applicant must have an UNCAPPED internet connection.
