Job Purpose

  • The purpose of this role is to deal with Telephonic Calls and Client Queries. This relates to all inbound/ outbound calls, as well as any assigned administrative duties.

Job Description and Key Accountabilities

  • Answering all incoming calls.
  • Email correspondence with Merchants (Client’s clients) and internal departments.
  • Administrative duties (General)
  • Other Duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Experience, and Job Requirements

  • Matric
  • Tertiary education advantageous
  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer experience as a call center agent.
  • Applicant must have an UNCAPPED internet connection.
