This team plays a crucial role in managing customer queries and supporting the application process while ensuring a positive and respectful experience for our customers. This will be a fully remote role and you MUST have UK regulated customer service experience.

The Successful Candidate:

  • Experience in regulated environment for a UK Financial company (essential)
  • A minimum of 1 year’s UK customer service/ administration experience (essential)
  • An excellent command of the English language (grammar, pronunciation, pace, and voice clarity)
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Driven with a passion to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident and engaging individual with the ability to build exceptional rapport with customers
  • Ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience, profile customers, and match products to individual needs
