Business Development Representative for Global Vision | Remote SA (French Speaking)

Who we are looking for

As a Business Development Representative at GlobalVision, you will be contributing to the growth of our organization’s sales by positioning the value of GlobalVision’s products to new prospects and current clients via cold calls and emails. You will also participate in social selling and networking. You will closely work with sales, marketing, and lead generation specialists.

The Day-to-Day

  • Identify prospects that match our ideal customer profile and contact these leads via cold calls and emails.
  • Effectively present our offerings, identify client needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
  • Dissect and qualify prospects’ business goals to determine if GlobalVision can be a strategic investment for their business growth.
  • Set qualified meetings for the Account Executive team.
  • Qualify marketing-generated leads: inbound, campaigns and events.
  • Build long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future.

Indicators that you could be a good match for this role

  • Fluent in English.
  • You have experience in a sales role and have used sales techniques.
  • You have a hunter’s mentality – resilient and persistent.
  • You have experience using Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Meet & Drive).
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • You resonate with our values.
  • You are comfortable stepping out of the responsibilities in this job description!
  • You’re able to work autonomously and stay self-motivated.
  • You have strong written communication skills (this is key to succeeding in an asynchronous workplace like ours).

Nice to haves

  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience prospecting, cold calling and cold emailing.
  • You are highly empathetic and are able to easily foster connections with people.
  • You are deeply curious, crave feedback, and are excited about learning in an accelerated environment.
  • The ability to speak French, Spanish, German, Portuguese or Italian would be a bonus!
  • Previous experience working for a B2B SaaS company.

Quebec candidates must be fluent in English and French. As an international company with clients, employees, and contractors located around the world, English is required to work with GlobalVision’s internal and external stakeholders.
