Role Description
This is a contract role for Broadband Sales Ambassadors at Telkom, located in the City of Cape Town and surrounds. This is a hybrid role that allows for mostly remote work. As a Broadband Sales Ambassador, your day-to-day tasks will involve promoting and selling Telkom’s broadband services, meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining product knowledge. Direct Selling, Campaign Activation and Lead Generation will remain a key component of this role. You will also be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and maintaining accurate sales records.
Qualifications
- Sales and Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
- Knowledge of broadband services and technology
- MS Office knowledge | Access to PC + Internet
- Own Transport
- Matric Certificate or equivalent
