Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Appointment Setter for a contract-based role, available immediately, with a strong background in call centre environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, scheduling appointments, and supporting our sales team. Your exceptional communication skills and persuasive ability will be crucial in driving our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients using provided leads (must be able to make 150 calls a day)
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of call activity and client interactions in our CRM system
  • Follow up on leads and referrals generated from field activity
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting quotas
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transition of leads
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with potential clients

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an appointment setter or in a similar role within a call centre environment
  • Previous call centre experience is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong persuasive abilities and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other related tools
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
