We are seeking someone passionate about appointment setting. You’ll be a creative and technically skilled with a passion for smashing targets every month.

About You:

As a Remote Appointment Setter, you will have 5 years of proven experience in a similar role and be responsible for booking potential clients into a calendar for an obligation-free information session. This role requires a proactive approach to appointment setting, excellent communication skills, the ability to work from home unsupervised across multiple time zones yet maintain a professional phone manner, and a strong ability to build rapport.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities.

1. Initial Contact:

  • – Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company’s products or services.
  • – Use scripts and tools provided to effectively communicate the value proposition.

2. Qualifying Leads:

  • – Ask relevant questions to understand the needs and interests of the prospects.
  • – Determine whether the lead is a good fit for the company’s offerings.

4. Scheduling Appointments:

  • – Arrange meetings between potential clients and sales representatives.
  • – Add the bookings to a calendar system.

5. Data Entry and Management:

  • – Accurately record details of interactions with leads in the CRM system.
  • – Keep the database updated with current information on leads and appointment status.

6. Reporting:

  • – Provide regular reports on the number of calls made, appointments set, and conversion rates.
  • – Identify any challenges or trends observed during the call process.

7. Collaboration:

  • – Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from appointment setting to the sales process.
  • – Provide feedback to marketing and sales teams on the effectiveness of outreach strategies.

8. Continuous Improvement:

  • – Continuously improve phone scripts and strategies based on feedback and results.
  • – Stay updated with industry trends and best practices for appointment setting.
