Administrative Clerk for The Back Clinic | onsite CT (R10 000 p/m)

PAIN Collective is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our patients. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Feedback Letter Clerk to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining effective communication between our clinic and the doctors who provide care to our patients.

Job Description:

As a Administrative Clerk, you will be responsible for a variety of general administrative duties with a primary focus on creating and sending feedback reports to doctors. Your tasks will include:

  • Creating detailed and accurate doctors’ reports based on patient feedback.
  • Researching and verifying the correct contact information for doctors.
  • Importing new doctors’ email addresses into our CRM system.
  • Sending patient feedback reports to the associated doctors promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare feedback letters and reports for doctors.
  • Ensure all contact information for doctors is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Manage the import of new doctor contacts into CRM system.
  • Maintain a schedule for sending out feedback reports to ensure timely delivery.
  • Assist with other general administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training or certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role.
  • Proficiency with office software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
