Account Managers perform regular visits to sites to ensure:
- Relationship building
- On site performance reviews of ATM
- Advanced notice of change of ownerships and intention to sell business
- Condition of ATM and signage
- Perform mini preventative maintenance and cleanup of ATM (outside only)
- Additional training for merchants as required
- Introduce new products and services
- Any issues, complaints or compliments
- Referrals for new business
- Maintain a strong relationship so that end of term deals are renewed
- Renew contracts to ensure client is retained for long term
Call Schedule guided by monthly AM campaigns and visit schedules:
- New Sites
- Contract Renewals
- Targeted profile lists / upgrade opportunities
- Dispense gaps and performance flags
- Brand performance monitoring
- Competitions
- CRM
Ad hoc reasons for an AM visit
- Early termination request
- Deal details
- Site inactive
- Major technical issues
- Change of Ownership
- Contract Renewal
