Zorora is Hiring a Junior Finance Administrator in CapeTown | R16000 p/m

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about finance?
Zorora Sofas, a dynamic Cape Town-based furniture manufacturer & retailer, is hiring a Junior Finance Administrator to support our growing Finance team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Debtors:
  • Reconciling invoices and daily credit memos (CMR)
  • Sending statements and following up with trade clients
  • Processing refunds/returns
  • Monthly store turnover declarations
  • Matching payments to invoices
  • Creditors:
  • Managing credit applications
  • Daily GRN and invoice processing for PO‑based suppliers

This will also include ad-hoc finance requests from the Line Manager

You’ll Be A Fit If You:

  • Have strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Work with integrity, respond promptly, and communicate clearly
  • Want to grow in a hands-on finance environment
  • A matriculation exemption (or equivalent) is a minimum requirement.
  • A degree/diploma in finance or accounting would be preferred, but is not a requirement to apply.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel
  • 1 – 2 years of Experience in a financial or administrative role is preferred

3. Salary range for R13,500 – R16,500(p/m) (depending on experience)
