Metana is a leading tech bootcamp helping developers upskill and land top jobs. We’re growing fast and looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive our growth by connecting with prospective students and guiding them into our programs.

What You’ll Do:

• Qualify inbound leads and book calls for the admissions team
• Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls
• Engage with potential students, understand their goals, and educate them on Metana’s programs
• Follow up with leads to maximize conversions
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of sales or customer-facing experience
• Strong communication skills and a persuasive approach
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Experience with Hubspot is a plus
• Passion for education and tech is a bonus
