Position Overview
We are seeking confident, motivated, and articulate Sales Representatives to join our UK-based advisory team in a fully remote capacity.
In this role, you will manage a combination of inbound and outbound communications with prospective students who have expressed interest in university study. Your goal is to assess eligibility, build trust, and guide students through to successful enrolment.
This is a performance-driven position with structured training, coaching, and a mission-led approach, enabling meaningful conversations and high conversion potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured consultations via company phone line with prospective students.
- Manage inbound enquiries and follow up with warm leads.
- Assess eligibility based on criteria such as settlement status, prior education, age, work experience, and access to Student Finance.
- Present program benefits clearly and persuasively, including government funding, flexible study options, and career outcomes.
- Handle objections and address concerns professionally, empathetically, and convincingly.
- Collect, verify, and organise supporting documents for university applications.
- Submit complete applications to partner institutions and monitor progress.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with admissions teams to ensure a smooth enrolment process.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be currently residing in South Africa.
- Must submit a 90-second video introduction as part of the application.
- Fluent, confident, and articulate spoken English with a professional phone manner.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, student advisory, or education recruitment is desirable.
- Comfortable in a performance-oriented role with clear targets.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Reliable technology setup, including high-speed internet and a quiet, professional workspace.
- Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
Compensation
- Base Salary: 30,000 ZAR per month
- Performance Incentive: Performance-based bonus
