We’re looking for a Client Care / Remote Receptionist who can bring warmth, precision, and a get-things-done attitude to our buzzing operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our clients – helping them feel welcomed, supported, and ready to start their journey with us.

What you’ll be doing:

• Answering incoming calls with friendliness, clarity and professionalism
• Booking new clients and helping them find the right service for their needs
• Tracking and logging all calls and client contacts with accuracy
• Following up with leads from our enquiry forms
• Raising and sending invoices to insurance companies
• Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using various software applications
