Mutherboard is on the hunt for an energetic Outbound Sales Executive who’s passionate about SaaS, thrives on outbound calling, and has a hunger for discovering and closing new business. You’ll be working closely with our MD but will own your own pipeline – from prospecting to close.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Drive outbound sales by identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities
- Manage your entire sales funnel – prospecting, outreach, demos, follow-ups, closing
- Collaborate with the MD to refine pitch angles and uncover new outbound strategies
- Work with marketing to feed in messaging ideas based on what’s resonating
- Bring creative outbound ideas to the table – we want hustle, not just headcount
- Travel to London monthly for team catch-ups and occasionally to customers across the UK
What You Bring:
- 2+ years outbound sales experience in SaaS or tech (bonus for B2B SMB space)
- Confidence on the phone – you genuinely enjoy outbound calls and building rapport
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented – you manage your time, your pipeline, and your numbers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A curious mindset – you spot trends, experiment, and share ideas that help us grow
