We’re SuperSub, a modular building company based in Cambridge, New Zealand, shaking up the industry with fast, smart, panel-built homes. We’re looking for a remote admin superstar to support our Executive Workflow Manager and wider build team.
This is a support role, ideal for someone organised, switched on, and confident working independently — all while the rest of your country’s asleep. What You’ll Do:
- Support daily project workflows — track progress, deliveries, and updates
- Manage documentation (contracts, compliance, schedules, consent forms)
- Communicate with NZ-based suppliers, contractors, and team members
- Keep project systems updated and help streamline operations
- Be the reliable go-to for behind-the-scenes admin tasks
Important:
- This is a remote role based in South Africa
- You must be available to work New Zealand hours: approx. 11pm–7am SA time
- You’ll need a stable internet connection and a quiet, reliable workspace
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in admin, operations, or project coordination
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Confident with digital tools like Google Drive, Trello, Xero (or quick to learn)
- Self-motivation, initiative, and excellent time management
- Ideally some exposure to the building/construction world — not a deal breaker
