We’re Hiring: Guest Services Coordinator (B2C)Location: Remote | Full-time | Permanent
Working hours are aligned with the South African/European time zone. This role requires weekend availability, with regular days off on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Shifts typically run from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM on weekdays and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekends, with some flexibility for earlier or later hours when needed.
Language Requirement: Fluency in both English and French is required

Jetstream Hospitality Solutions partners with property managers and resorts globally to optimize listings on platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com. Our Guest Services (B2C) team is dedicated to delivering seamless, professional, and personalized guest experiences—from booking to post-stay.
The Role: Guest Services Coordinator
As a front-line team member, you’ll engage directly with guests and ensure smooth operations throughout their stay. You’ll manage bookings, screen guests, process payments, troubleshoot issues, and uphold high service standards across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reservations and guest requests (Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, etc.)
- Screen guests using Autohost and verify booking eligibility
- Resolve payment issues via Stripe and Cirrus
- Communicate with guests via Jetchat, Front, and platform messaging systems
- Coordinate access info (Operto/RemoteLock) and arrival logistics
- Track cancellations, refunds, and compliance tasks
- Use internal tools like Cirrus, Stripe, Power BI, and Slack
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year experience in hospitality, customer service, or OTA guest support
- Strong written communication and multitasking skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced remote environment
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using various software platforms
- Must be fluent in both English and French (written and spoken)

Nice to Have (But Not Essential):
- Familiarity with Airbnb/VRBO/Expedia processes
- Knowledge of European tourist taxes and compliance
- Experience using tools like Stripe, Power BI, and Slack
