We’re the team behind Property Inspect and Inventory Base—two powerful SaaS platforms helping professionals in the property industry streamline inspections, compliance, and reporting.

Our customer support team is a key part of that mission. When our users have questions or encounter challenges, they rely on our specialists to provide timely, knowledgeable, and considered support.

Your Role

As a Global Customer Support Specialist, you will:

  • Provide friendly, expert-level support to our users, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Respond to enquiries via Intercom, Slack, and internal systems.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them efficiently.
  • Adapt your approach to suit each customer’s needs, guiding them through processes clearly and with empathy.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve support processes and share feedback that informs product development.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who brings a strong customer focus, an aptitude for technology, and a collaborative mindset. You will likely thrive in this role if you:

  • Have at least two years of experience in a support role within a tech or software environment.
  • Are confident using and learning digital tools and cloud-based systems.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally—both in writing and verbally.
  • Are highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely.
  • Can adapt to a shift-based schedule, including evenings and rotating weekends.
  • Take pride in helping others and enjoy working through complex queries with care.

Desirable Experience

While not essential, it would be advantageous if you have:

  • Experience using tools like Intercom, Notion, or Monday.com
  • Worked with SaaS products or in a PropTech-related role
  • Provided product demos, onboarding, or technical training
  • Collaborated with internal teams across support, product, or customer success functions
