We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Customer Relationship Officer to join our team on a part-time basis.

This role will be key to maintaining high-quality relationships with our clients by ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, gathering feedback, handling concerns, and supporting account growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate should be able to work in Sydney hours (12:00 pm – 5:00 pm Sydney time).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding & Intro Meetings:
  • Conduct onboarding and introductory meetings with new clients, ensuring a smooth start and clear understanding of services.
  • Follow-Up Calls & Feedback Collection:
  • Contact clients after they board to collect feedback and assess satisfaction levels.
  • Testimonial Collection:
  • Identify satisfied clients and assist in obtaining testimonials for marketing and promotional use.
  • Complaints Management:
  • Act as the first point of contact for client complaints or concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where necessary.
  • Cross-Selling Support:
  • Where appropriate, identify opportunities for additional services and products, supporting the team in upselling or cross-selling.
  • Payment Follow-Up:
  • Assist with payment reminders and follow-ups in coordination with the finance team to ensure timely collections.

Requirements:

  • Based in South Africa with stable internet, a laptop, a camera, and the ability to work remotely.
  • Multiple year of experience in customer relationships or a customer success role.
  • Available to work 5 hours daily, Monday to Friday, during Sydney business hours.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. CRM systems, video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet), and other tools such as:
  • Project/task management tools (e.g., Trello, ClickUp)
  • Collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams)
  • Email and calendar tools (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, Calendly)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships effectively.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
