Role Overview
As a Client Sales Representative, you’ll be the driving force behind converting warm leads into booked appointments for high-value dental treatments on behalf of our clients. This outbound-focused role is perfect for a proactive, sales-orientated professional who is motivated by personal growth, thrives under pressure, and is passionate about continuously improving their skillset. You’ll make high-volume calls, uncover patient goals, provide tailored recommendations, and confidently secure bookings with deposits.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 90+ outbound calls daily to connect with warm leads who have requested a consultation.
- Conduct in-depth discovery calls to assess patient needs, pain points, desired outcomes, and clinical history.
- Provide transparent information on treatment options and pricing, securing deposits to confirm bookings.
- Deliver detailed patient reports to clients, ensuring their teams are fully equipped for every consultation.
- Record call outcomes in our software and provide feedback on lead quality and engagement.
Success In the Role
6 Months
- Consistently achieving and exceeding your targets, demonstrating a strong work ethic and desire to continuously learn and improve upon your own performance.
- Established yourself as a reliable and consistent performer who contributes to client success.
- Actively providing valuable feedback on lead quality and processes, helping to improve overall campaign performance.
12 Months
- Recognised as a top performer, taking ownership of some of our largest and most valuable clients.
- Proven ability to handle complex accounts and ensure smooth, effective lead conversion.
- Begin contributing to refining workflows and processes, making suggestions that benefit the team and our clients.
18 Months
- Taking on managerial responsibilities, including onboarding and training new CSRs.
- Regularly collaborate with the management team to improve systems, processes, and workflows to drive greater efficiencies and success.
- Working closely with the development team to provide feedback on our software, helping shape its evolution to enhance lead conversion and performance.

Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in a sales, outbound calling, or lead conversion role.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a persuasive and empathetic approach.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage high call volumes effectively.
- Experience or familiarity with the dental sector is advantageous but not essential.
Technical Requirements
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection.
- A high-quality headset with a clear microphone.
- A computer capable of efficiently running calling and CRM software.
