What You’ll Be Doing (Your Mission)

• Turn incoming calls into paying customers by guiding them through our services and booking process.
• Schedule, reschedule, and handle customer inquiries with professionalism.
• Hire and onboard top-tier cleaners to maintain service quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues throughout the day.
• Make 10 percent of calls outbound to pitch our services to realtors and property managers.
• Track key numbers and submit daily reports on revenue, bookings, and team performance.

• You are available full-time, Monday-Friday – weekends optional
• Shift: 10 AM to 6 PM CDT (4 pm to 1 am SAST)
