FCI London, a high-end furniture and interiors business, is looking for a highly capable, tech-savvy, and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to support its founder, who is involved in multiple businesses across the UK, India, and the Middle East. While FCI London is the core company, this role will extend far beyond the world of interiors, offering exposure to global business, investments, tech, healthcare, and property.

This is a fully remote role, requiring someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-variety environment and is seeking a long-term opportunity to work across different industries and business functions.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (35% of Role)

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across multiple businesses, including sales, operations, and specialist positions.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring alignment with business needs and company culture.
  • Manage job postings, outreach, and applicant tracking, leveraging technology for efficiency.
  • Coordinate interviews and assessments, providing structured feedback to hiring managers.
  • Negotiate employment offers and oversee the initial onboarding process.

Executive & Business Support

  • Executive Support: Manage calendars, appointments, and correspondence while ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Project Management: Handle diverse tasks and long-term projects independently, ensuring timely execution.
  • Negotiation & Representation: Confidently negotiate on behalf of the entrepreneur in various business discussions.
  • Technology & Systems: Work across multiple digital platforms, optimising efficiency and workflow.
  • Multitasking & Problem-Solving: Juggle multiple priorities, from quick administrative tasks to complex strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level support role.
  • Extensive recruitment experience – strong ability to assess and hire talent across various industries.
  • Exceptional spoken and written English – clear, professional communication is essential.
  • Strong negotiation skills – comfortable handling hiring discussions and business deals independently.
  • Excellent project management ability – able to drive initiatives forward with minimal oversight.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable – comfortable with digital tools and tech-driven processes.
  • Highly analytical with strong critical thinking skills – a background in law or accounting is preferred.
  • Enjoys working in a global, multicultural environment – thrives on collaborating with people from different backgrounds and time zones.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, multi-business environment – loves variety and can switch between tasks seamlessly.
