The PowerX² – 20 000 Internships by The Services SETA 2026

The Services SETA invites Employers and Unemployed Graduates to express interest in participating in The PowerX², a national internship initiative that places 20 000 university and TVET graduates into structured 24-month workplace exposure opportunities across South Africa.

This initiative strengthens the bridge between education and work by connecting graduates to real workplaces while enabling employers to build future talent pipelines.
All qualification fields will be considered and matching will be based on employer needs.
