The Logistics Administrator shall be responsible to manage the stage 1 and 2 invoicing sheet by updating with accurate data that match Sage X3 ERP system and has the required invoice details on the sheet which balance to statements. The Logistics Administrator shall furthermore be responsible to ensure that only accurate accruals are left after invoices have been processed in Sage X3 ERP system by balancing accruals with the excel invoicing sheets.
