Duties & Responsibilities

This is a full-time/permanent Administrative Assistant role at Gold Hammer Holdings (Pty) Ltd located in Pretoria East. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various adminstative tasks, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, preparing documents and providing general adminstative support to ensure smooth operations within the organisation. This is an on-site role in Pretoria East. 

Core Responsibilities

  • – Ensure that tender documents are completed and accurate
  • – Maintain accurate records and electronic copies of tenders
  • – Search for relevant tenders on various platforms
  • – Ensure the bid process is followed
  • – Coordinate collection of tender documents and ensure submissions are made on time
  • – Organise and schedule meetings.
  • – Develop/maintain a filing system.
  • – Source price both from the internet and physically from existing suppliers
  • – Source new suppliers according to tender requirements

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum Requirements

  • – Grade 12/Matric
  • – A Diploma in Administration or similar qualification will be advantageous 
  • – At least 1 year experience in tendering
  • – Ability to work in a team.
  • – Excellent time management
  • – Ability to work under pressure 
  • – Should be prepared to work overtime, when required
  • – Code 8 driver’s license or similar advantageous but not compulsory

Package & Remuneration

  • R6k – R9k, depending on experience
