We’re seeking a results-oriented Remote Inbound Telesales Rep to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in driving sales growth for our waste management services and have the opportunity to progress into a senior position or transition to our high-value software sales department. What You’ll Do and What We’re Looking For:
- Drive Sales: Handle inbound calls, convert leads into happy customers, and consistently exceed sales targets. You’ll have a deep understanding of the sales cycle (both long and short) and a passion for building relationships.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide accurate information regarding our services, address customer concerns promptly, and ensure a smooth delivery experience. You’ll possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Be a Team Player: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and work independently within a supportive remote environment. You’ll be highly organized, a tech whiz with a knack for learning new software quickly. Familiarity with the waste management industry is a plus, but not essential.
Hardware Requirements:
- Own computer (minimum 8GB RAM, no more than 2 years old, with sufficient free disk space to run work applications).
- Call centre style headset with microphone.
- Dedicated fibre optic broadband line (not shared).
- Home workstation with a quiet working environment.
- Working webcam.
- Ability to perform role play scenarios during the interview process.
Hours:
- 8am – 5pm
- Mon – Sat (2 days off per week – 5 day working week)
