✅ What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with a focus on providing outstanding customer experiences
- Respond to order inquiries, returns, shipping questions, and general product information
- Resolve complaints calmly and professionally
- Document every interaction clearly in the company CRM
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure issues are followed through and resolved
🎯 Who You Are
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service (E-commerce experience is a plus)
- C1-level English—spoken and written
- You sound great on the phone—friendly, confident, and professional
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
- Able to work full-time and committed to a long-term opportunity
- Organized, reliable, and thrive in a remote work environment
💸 Compensation:
Around $1,000/1,200month (USD)

🕘 Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm EST (Full-time only)

- USB Headset with Noise Cancellation
- Working Webcam
- Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM
- Main Internet: Minimum 25 Mbps (cable connection preferred)
- Backup Internet: Minimum 10 Mbps
