Selected candidates will have the opportunity to grow and expand their knowledge through a structured programme that combines accredited theoretical training with practical workplace experience. The learnership is designed to develop core competencies in contact centre operations, customer engagement, and professional communication within a fast‑paced corporate environment.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- South African citizenship.
- An updated CV.
- No prior participation in a learnership within the same qualification.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Relevant post‑Matric qualifications, if applicable.
Skills and Knowledge:
