We are seeking to appoint a Front Office Administrator, available immediately, to serve as the welcoming face of the school while providing vital administrative support across a range of functions.

This is a full-time, permanent position.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A Matric certificate.
  • At least three years’ experience in a similar administrative or reception role (school experience will be a distinct advantage).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and confident use of computers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and assisting parents, visitors, and suppliers at the front office.
  • Managing reception duties, including answering calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Providing administrative support across the school, including document preparation, filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Supporting the smooth running of office operations, including logistics, supplies, and communications.
