Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Officer located in the City of Johannesburg. The Procurement Officer will be responsible for managing purchase orders, negotiating contracts.

Qualifications

• Purchase Orders and Procurement skills
• Contract Negotiation skills
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Experience in Purchasing
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of procurement best practices
• Manage companies pre-order system, to avoid running short on stock
• Manage warehouse inventory levels
• Work closely with the warehouse, do random stock spot checks
