Skyco Technologies is Hiring an Administrator in Johannesburg | R18 000 p/m
Hardworking person required for a full-time office job required to complete the following tasks:
1) General Office Admin work
- Maintain Internal Database
- Maintain Filing system.
- Book travel arrangements.
- Assistance in Import of stock and logistics
2) Co-ordinating Projects:
- Booking project stock buyouts
- Ensure project timelines are on track.
- Provide constant Customer Feedback on updates and issues.
- Spreadsheets
- Stock logistics and cost analysis.
3) Sales support:
- Update Pricelists
- Assist With Tender Documentation
- Assist Marketing with monthly Emailers.
- Basic quoting
- Schedule meetings
Requirements and Skills:
- Punctual people person required with good work ethic and urgency to complete deadlines.
- Proven experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or relevant role
- Familiarity with office equipment
- Knowledge of office policies and procedures
- Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, Excel, Word, PowerPoint in particular)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
- High school diploma: additional qualifications as an Office Administrator or Secretary are a plus.
