Hardworking person required for a full-time office job required to complete the following tasks:

1) General Office Admin work

  • Maintain Internal Database
  • Maintain Filing system.
  • Book travel arrangements.
  • Assistance in Import of stock and logistics

2) Co-ordinating Projects:

  • Booking project stock buyouts
  • Ensure project timelines are on track.
  • Provide constant Customer Feedback on updates and issues.
  • Spreadsheets
  • Stock logistics and cost analysis.

3) Sales support:

  • Update Pricelists
  • Assist With Tender Documentation
  • Assist Marketing with monthly Emailers.
  • Basic quoting
  • Schedule meetings

Requirements and Skills:

  • Punctual people person required with good work ethic and urgency to complete deadlines.
  • Proven experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or relevant role
  • Familiarity with office equipment
  • Knowledge of office policies and procedures
  • Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, Excel, Word, PowerPoint in particular)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
  • High school diploma: additional qualifications as an Office Administrator or Secretary are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R18 000,00 per month
