Raw Catering Services Company (RCSC) is a proudly South African catering business that services a range of high-end retirement villages, office parks, and special projects throughout the Western Cape. We are passionate about fresh, wholesome food and excellent service, and now, we’re looking for a driven Sales Assistant specialising in B2B Sales to help us grow our portfolio of long-term catering contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Managing Director and COO in the execution of RCSC’s growth strategy across the Western Cape.
  • Identify and qualify new B2B sales opportunities in the retirement, education, corporate, and hospitality sectors.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to target appropriate clients.
  • Create and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through cold outreach, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
  • Set up and attend meetings with potential clients, assisting with sales presentations, tender documents, and proposals.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and client data using CRM tools.
  • Assist with site visits and follow-up communication to secure new contracts.
  • Collaborate with our operations and culinary teams to tailor offerings to client needs.
  • Help coordinate marketing materials and lead generation initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience (preferably in catering, hospitality, or facilities management).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven.
  • Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Valid driver’s licence and own transport (site visits required).
  • Familiarity with tender processes and service contracts is a bonus.
