Sales Administrator Job Vacancy at Nology in Johannesburg
The Internal Salesperson acts as the first point of contact with the customer, portraying a professionalism and confidence that delivers the ultimate in customer relationships and support the Account Mangers.
Order Processing
- Effectively and timeously deal with telephone and email request for quotations.
- Ensure all quotations are followed up as and when necessary.
- Ensure all orders received are entered onto the system timeously and accurately and within customer credit terns and limits.
- Tactfully and timeously inform customers of overdue/Exceeded accounts as and when necessary.
- Liaise between warehouse/Logistics and customers to pr-actively and efficiently keep customers informed and updated on their order.
- Update Sales Order Follow Up sheet to ensure timeous and ongoing follow-up on all open Sales Orders until completed.
- Facilitate and oversee the credit note process.
- Determine and communicate customer back orders for items included on incoming orders/shipments.
- Timeously process and send out monthly recuring invoices for applicable services and/or customers.
Sales Enquiries
- Respond to email and telephonic enquiries within stipulated timeframes.
- Have a solid and foundational understanding and knowledge of the products to advise and assist customers confidently.
Admin and Reporting
- Ensure that the SO’s is complete and up to date on Acumatica. Ensure that the Credit Note are load and completed.
- Ensure that the Quotation are followed up and completed on Acumatica.
Account Manager Assistance and Support
- Support the Account Managers.
- Ensure that the account managers are kept informed of any developments relevant to their accounts.
- Building relationships with customers.
- Assist Account managers to achieve and exceed targets.
Outbound Calls
- Contact and build relationships with new customers.
- Maintain and agreed level of pr-active telephone contact with both existing and new customers.
Customer Satisfaction
- Ensure that all customer complaints, issues and queries reach a successful and appropriate conclusion.
- Customer Satisfaction Survey score of a least 4.5.
Other/General
- Maximize sales by continually up selling and promoting promotions on all sales calls and emails.
- Achieve team and individual sales targets as set by Management Team within the agreed time scale.
- Meet and exceed the agreed specific performance objectives.
REQUIREMENTS:
Internal training: During the first week of your employment, you’ll be presented with training plan designed to guide you through your on-the-job training experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Matric/ Grade 12
- Sales qualification will be advantageous
Additional Skills:
- Excel
- Acumatica experiences advantageous
Experience and knowledge required:
- Experience in sales and sales administration – 3 years
- Experience in IT /Networking/Internet Industry beneficial

Office requirements:
- Working hours 8h00 to 17h00, Monday to Friday.

- This is a permanent position, subject to a three-month probation period.
