As we continue to grow, we are currently seeking a professional and experienced Sales Activations Agent to join our dynamic and growing organisation.
Position Overview:
The Sales Activations Agent at Pineapple Tech PTY LTD, a leading insuretech company, is responsible for persuading leads to purchase short-term insurance policies, ensuring compliance in customer interactions, capturing accurate risk information, addressing uncertainties about the Pineapple Tech app, and explaining policy features.
Key Responsibilities:
- Persuading customers to buy policies
- Following compliance when contacting leads
- Ensuring you capture the correct risk information
- Clarifying any inquiries that customers may have concerning the App
- Explaining policy and App features
- Upselling to existing customers
- Scheduling calls during shift hours with customers.
- Ensure that daily ,weekly and monthly targets and measurements are met as set out by management.
- Ensure that all communication to customers or leads are of appropriate standards – achieving a balance between being professional, friendly and courteous while maintaining the Pineapple culture.
Qualifications:
- Matric Qualification.
- R.E.5 and Full Qualification would be beneficial, and any other relevant fit and proper requirements (i.e. Continuous Professional Development (CPD) hours).
- Class of Business (Short Term Insurance) Certificate.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience, preferably in the insurance or fintech industry.
Skills :
- Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a goal-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and employees.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- A proactive and positive attitude, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt to changing processes and procedures.
