SAGE Assistant Cape Town Job Vacancy at Babylonstoren

Babylonstoren has an exciting opportunity for a SAGE Assistant to join the team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of various departments, including non-alcoholic beverages, fresh produce, bakery and the cheese room.

Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Excel (intermediate level).
  • Experience with SAGE X3 or a similar ERP system would be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English.

Responsibilities

  • Process purchase orders and receive invoices within the SAGE system.
  • Create purchase orders in SAGE as needed.
  • Ensure accurate stock transfers between departments within SAGE.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure that the actual stock and stock on the SAGE system match.
  • Collect orders from all departments.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective ordering processes.
  • Handle and file invoices for internal and external clients.
  • Handle any SAGE-oriented tasks or requirements.
  • Assist with monthly stocktake.
