  • Have key customer service skills
  • Are motivated, energetic and can work individually and as part of a team
  • Are structured and organised with good time management skills
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and can work with people from all levels
  • Are computer literate, particularly MS Excel, Word and Outlook

Extra points if you have:

  • Dynamics 365 CRM experience
  • UK visa application experience

Your role and responsibilities:

Among other tasks, your main responsibilities will include:

Administration

  • Managing and distributing inbound client communication
  • Managing system-generated workflows and client information

Application management

  • Preparing applications and supporting documentation
  • Evaluating applications and assessing documentation
  • Maintaining accurate database records and other electronic records in accordance with system verification requirements
  • Drafting child-student visa applications in line with UKVI compliance

Invoicing and billing

  • Ensuring that the invoicing process works effectively for clients
  • Ensuring that invoices are dispatched to clients with the correct information and formatting
  • Assisting the Accounts function with any aged debt issues

Other

  • You may be asked from time to time to undertake other tasks that are relevant to your position.
