What You’ll Do:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical roles including Sonographers, Radiographers, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, and Consultants. You’ll work closely with our UK Clinical Operations team, managing everything from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job adverts, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
  • Attract clinical staff through headhunting, Boolean search, and direct outreach
  • Engage with Consultants, Nurses, Sonographers, and Radiographers
  • Maintain candidate records in our ATS/CRM
  • Track recruitment KPIs and provide weekly reports
  • Coordinate onboarding and clinician deployment across NHS Trust sites

Who You Are:

  • ✔️ 5+ years’ experience in healthcare or clinical recruitment (agency or in-house)
  • ✔️ Proven headhunting ability & Boolean sourcing expertise
  • ✔️ Experience recruiting Nurses, Doctors, HCAs, Consultants
  • ✔️ Proficient in English (spoken, written, read)
  • ✔️ Excellent with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • ✔️ Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence & manage conflict
  • ✔️ Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work remotely with minimal supervision
  • ✔️ Confident using ATS/CRM systems
