- Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM UAE Time
- Salary: $1,200 – $1,500 per month
- Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in a digital agency environment
About the Role
TDS Group is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to manage up to 10 client accounts, leading content planning, monthly shoots coordination, creative direction, content calendar execution, approvals, scheduling, and reporting.
This is a hands-on delivery role where you will be responsible for ensuring every client receives exceptional service, organised execution, consistent evolution of content quality, and results aligned with business objectives.
Experience working with UAE-based clients, especially in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, education, fitness, and service-based industries, is strongly preferred.
This role requires flawless attention to detail, strong creative and strategic thinking, and the ability to manage a fast-paced workload with tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Planning, Strategy & Creative Direction
- Develop monthly content strategies aligned with client objectives and market trends.
- Create detailed content concepts and shoot briefs for client approval and for videographers/photographers.
- Ensure all planned content aligns with UAE market expectations, brand identity, and industry trends.
- Continuously introduce new ideas, trends, formats, and creative directions to evolve client content month after month.
- Optimise client bios, story highlights, brand voice, and overall social presence.
2. Content Production Workflow
- Attend and lead monthly planning with videographers prior to each shoot.
- Translate client briefs into executable shot lists and content outlines.
- Collaborate with the video team on-site deliverables and use their creative insights for next-month ideation.
- Ensure all content is produced according to scope: reels, images, stories, testimonials, brand shots, etc.
3. Content Calendar Creation & Approvals
- Build monthly content calendars including:
- Post sequence
- Captions & copywriting
- Hashtags
- Content structure
- Submit calendars to clients for approval, track feedback, and communicate revisions efficiently.
- Ensure zero errors in relevance, grammar, spelling, or incorrect posting—this is non-negotiable.
4. Graphic Design Coordination
- Create detailed creative briefs for graphic designers for non-video posts.
- Ensure graphics align with brand guidelines and UAE market design standards.
- Approve final versions before they are sent to clients.
5. Scheduling & Posting
- Schedule all approved content in bulk OR perform daily posting (assigning 30 minutes per day).
- Ensure all stories are posted in line with strategy and timely marketing moments.
- Maintain consistency across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn for each client.
6. Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Prepare monthly reports including:
- Platform analytics
- Growth and engagement breakdown
- Post-by-post performance
- Key insights and improvement recommendations
- Provide strategic insights and actionable next steps for improvement.
- Track performance changes month-to-month and adapt content strategy accordingly.
7. Client Management & Communication
- Understand client objectives, brand tone, and preferences deeply.
- Ensure calendars and content maintain consistency with client feedback.
- Work collaboratively with:
- Operations Manager
- Videographers
- Graphic Designers
- Paid Ads Team (if needed)
- Build strong, positive relationships with clients through reliable, clear communication.
Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a digital agency managing multiple client social media accounts.
- Proven ability to manage 8–10 clients simultaneously with strong organisation and prioritisation.
- Strong experience with Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn content planning.
- Deep understanding of UAE business expectations and regional quality standards.
- Skilled in creating content strategies, creative concepts, shoot briefs, and monthly calendars.
- Strong copywriting skills for captions, story scripts, and content descriptions.
- High-level coordination with videographers, designers, editors, and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to produce reports with meaningful insights, not just data.
- Up to-date with trends, reels formats, platform updates, and content best practices.
Technical Requirements
- Comfortable using:
- Social scheduling tools (Meta Suite, Later, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Project management tools
- Canva or briefing tools (for designers)
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to work consistently in UAE time zone.
