DocTalk, a fast-growing South African telehealth platform, is looking for a creative and reliable Social Media Manager to build and manage our online presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and TikTok.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Create, design and schedule social media content
  • Manage all company social media accounts
  • Grow brand awareness and engagement
  • Respond to messages, comments and community interactions
  • Support campaigns targeting doctors and members
  • Collaborate with management to ensure compliant, professional messaging

Requirements:

  • Experience in social media management
  • Strong design ability (Canva or similar)
  • Excellent communication & grammar
  • Reliable, organised, and consistent
  • Healthcare/tech experience is a bonus (not required)

Employment Type: Full-time OR part-time / hourly contract
Start Date: January 2026
Location: Benoni or remote hybrid
