Do you scroll TikTok in your sleep, mentally rewrite captions, and instantly know which posts are gonna flop (and how to fix them)? Dawning Digital is looking for a creative, strategic, and detail-obsessed Social Media Account Coordinator who lives and breathes social media. You’ll be the genius behind bold ideas, bringing them to life, and making sure everything we deliver is top-notch and right on time.
You Might Be Our Person If You:
- Have at least 2 years of marketing or social media marketing experience, in a creative or digital agency (you’re used to juggling multiple projects, client deadlines, and a fast pace).
- Have a degree in marketing or communications, though not required.
- Experience in brand-based, social media content marketing.
- Know social media strategy, brand storytelling, and community-building like you know your best friend’s coffee order.
- Enjoy creating content for Insta, Tik Tok and all the trending platforms.
- Are always the first to spot trends, and know exactly how to use them to make brands shine.
- Love diving into analytics to figure out what content works (and more importantly, why).
- Can juggle projects better than a circus performer (and somehow make it look easy).
- When applying, mention in the email body whether you are a Swifty or not (PS: you don’t need to be lol, just curious)
- Know your way around G Suite (Google Docs, Slides, Sheets—you know the drill).
- Feel right at home using Asana or similar project management tools, providing regular updates and great communication.
- Have basic Canva skills to tweak designs when your inner perfectionist kicks in.
- Are comfortable crafting short-form copy that’s snappy and engaging.
- Thrive in a remote work setting, staying proactive, communicative, and ready to jump into action.
- Don’t need to be micromanaged (we don’t have time for that!), but also great at giving regular updates to ensure we’re all in the loop. As a remote company, communication is key.
- Social media is your second language, you know how to translate brand messaging into posts that engage and trend.

- Meeting deadlines, managing calendars, and keeping workflows smooth.
- Submitting content that requires minimal revisions and aligns with client expectations.
- Spotting and leveraging relevant social media trends that fit each brand.
- Driving growth through improved reach, engagement, and audience interaction.
- Maintaining prompt, professional communication with clients and the team.
- Ensuring all content supports client goals and brand direction.
