We’re looking for a proactive, commercially minded individual with strong attention to detail and a proven track record in B2B sales to join our ambitious team at Unstuck Agency. You’ll be part of a tight-knit team of six, working remotely across the UK and Cape Town, selling Unstuck’s lead generation services directly to PR businesses.

This is a full-cycle sales and outreach role, responsible for prospecting, leading sales calls, and closing deals independently. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships, spotting commercial opportunities, and is confident driving new business from first contact through to signed contract.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prospect, qualify, and reach out to PR agency decision-makers based in the UK and the US
  • Lead discovery and sales calls to pitch Unstuck’s services
  • Close new business independently, managing the full sales cycle
  • Work closely with the Founder and wider team to refine our sales approach
  • Support onboarding of new clients and handover to the delivery team
  • Use data and insights to improve outreach and conversion performance

What We Offer

  • Monthly salary up between R18,000 – R22,000, based on experience
  • On-target commission of approximately R19,000 per month (uncapped potential)
  • Fully remote work environment with a collaborative, supportive team
  • Flexible working hours (start between 9 am and 10 am SAST)

Our 4-Day Week Hybrid Model

We offer a flexible 4-day week model with a light-touch Friday:

  • Only 65 minutes of work required each Friday (1 hour at 10 AM and 5 minutes at 4 PM)
  • Fridays become full workdays if tasks are behind
  • Available after your first 3 months (onboarding and training period)

  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of closing deals independently
  • Experience in lead generation, outreach, or digital marketing is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent entrepreneurial experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely
  • Based in South Africa and eager to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment
