Are you passionate about fitness and skilled in sales? Join our growing outdoor fitness bootcamp business as a Remote Sales Representative. You’ll play a key role in converting leads into trial clients, ensuring they experience the benefits of our high-energy, results-driven training programs.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Follow up on leads generated and provided.
• Build relationships with leads, understand their fitness goals, and explain our programs.
• Schedule trial sessions.
• Track and update lead progress in our CRM system.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or customer service (fitness industry preferred but not required).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Location

• This is a remote role based in South Africa, offering flexible working hours.

Benefits

• $6 per hour Part time. Will increase on results and performance.
• 10 hours per week though this will increase during high demand.
