🔹 What You’ll Do
As an SDR, you’ll be the first voice introducing our video solutions to the market. Your goal? Connect with decision-makers, articulate the value of PubVisuals, and open doors for our Account Executives.
- Cold call medical affairs, marketing, and market access leaders in pharma, biotech, and medtech
- Run personalized LinkedIn outreach campaigns to build trust and spark interest
- Book qualified discovery calls and schedule product demos
- Manage outreach using HubSpot, Kixie, Sales Navigator, and ClickUp
- Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team on hyper-targeted lead lists
- Work with content and marketing to deploy message-tested video positioning
- Track KPIs, analyze outreach results, and A/B test to improve conversion
🔹 What You Bring
Must-haves:
- 1–3 years in SDR, BDR, or outbound sales roles (B2B/SaaS/healthcare a plus)
- Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and creating conversations from scratch
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and crafting outreach messages that convert
- Self-motivated, structured, and data-driven
- Proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot experience preferred)
Nice-to-haves:
- Background in Pharma, Biotech, Medtech, or Healthcare communication
- Familiarity with ClickUp, Kixie, or similar tools
- Interest in visual storytelling, video marketing, or cognitive learning in healthcare
