Are you a driven, ambitious self-starter with a passion for sales and relationship-building? We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing remote team and help us expand into the US, UK, and EU markets.
You will play a key role in identifying and engaging key decision-makers, qualifying opportunities, and setting up high-quality meetings for our Account Executives. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced tech-driven company and work with global prospects across multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and engage with key decision-makers in target accounts
- Drive top-of-funnel lead generation through outbound email, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling
- Respond to inbound leads and nurture early-stage conversations to qualify opportunities
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to align outreach efforts
- Maintain and manage pipeline activity, notes, and contact records in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce)
- Meet or exceed monthly quotas for outreach volume, qualified meetings, and opportunities created
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2+ years of B2B SDR or outbound sales experience (international/tech/SaaS preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you can build rapport in seconds
- Comfortable cold calling and handling objections with confidence
- Tech-savvy and familiar with CRMs, email automation tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- Must have a reliable laptop, internet connection (WiFi), and quiet work environment
- Flexibility to work across US/UK/EU time zones
