Our flagship Browser Security Platform empowers Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to keep their clients safe from browser-borne threats, while simplifying the end-user experience.
We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, goal-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fast-growing team. As an Atakama SDR, you will report directly to the Director of Demand Generation. You’ll be on the frontlines of our growth—engaging prospects, qualifying leads, and generating new business opportunities that fuel the success of our Sales Executives.
This is an entry-level role with significant opportunities for growth. Atakama has a strong track record of internal promotions, making it the perfect environment for ambitious professionals who want to accelerate their careers in sales.🔑 What You’ll Do
- Qualify and drive inbound & outbound sales leads in collaboration with Sales & Marketing
- Conduct outbound phone calls with prospects, booking meetings for the Sales team
- Understand the needs of MSP prospects and present Atakama’s value proposition
- Consistently hit and exceed monthly & quarterly targets (meetings booked, opportunities created)
- Earn commission on won deals in addition to base compensation
💡 What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in English with excellent written & verbal communication skills
- 1–3 years of sales or business development experience preferred
- Proven history of exceeding sales targets
- Motivated, driven, and resilient in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other sales enablement tools
- Cybersecurity or MSP sales experience is a plus, but not required

- Location: Remote — candidates must be legally authorized to work in South Africa
- Hours: US Eastern Time (9am–5pm ET / 3pm–11pm SAST)
- Compensation: ~R20,000/month base + performance bonuses
