What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a driven SDR who can own the top of the funnel—and do it confidently by phone. This isn’t just email outreach or form replies. You’ll reach out directly to qualified prospects via cold calls, LinkedIn, and email, start meaningful conversations, and book meetings for our team.
You should be confident speaking to decision-makers, curious about their challenges, and ready to follow up relentlessly.
Your Responsibilities Include :
- Make cold calls daily to qualified prospects in our ICP
- Book meetings that convert into real sales opportunities
- Build and manage multichannel outbound campaigns (calls, email, LinkedIn)
- Write and test messaging that drives replies and conversations
- Collaborate with our team to refine ICP, pitch, and objection handling
- Track activities and results in our CRM and outbound tools
- Learn and use our full sales stack: Clay, Apollo, Smartlead, etc.
You’ll thrive if you
- Have experience in lead generation, cold email, or appointment setting (freelance or full-time)
- Are a clear communicator in written and spoken English
- Love testing tools, trying new approaches, and staying up-to-date with sales tech
- Are adaptable and self-motivated in a remote environment
- Enjoy fast-paced work where priorities shift and you have to make smart calls
- Want to grow into a senior SDR, account exec, or even content or GTM strategist role
- Are motivated to learn modern sales and grow your skills fast
