We are now looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Assistant to join our remote operations team. This is a full-time subcontractor role ideal for someone with a background in sales, customer service, who can thrive in a flexible and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calling old customers, follow up on quotes and convert leads into sales
- Accurately log call notes and update them in the CRM
- Confirm bookings, schedule as needed, and communicate with clients

Key Requirements:
- Native or fluent English is essential
- Experience working with Australian customers (preferred)
- Previous experience in sales, cold calling or warm calling (preferred)
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable internet connection and solid computer proficiency
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Overnight shift work experience (preferred)
Shift Information:
- 9-hour shifts (including 1-hour break)
- Shifts run between 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM (AEST) Overnight shift in South Africa
