Your Role at Tier3 Media

Take charge as the leader of your own specialized team—your “mini-agency”—within our proven system. Guide 30-45 med spas to exceed their business goals, manage a team of marketing experts, and transform struggling practices into thriving businesses.

Daily Life at Tier3 Media

• Strategic client calls (2-3 daily)
• Collaborating with your dedicated pod team (graphic designer, media buyer, tech, and marketing assistant)
• Analyzing performance metrics and driving actionable strategies
• Structured work hours: 9 AM–5 PM EST (remote position requiring stable internet)

What We’re Looking For

Quantifiable Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, client relationship management, or a similar role.
• Proven success in managing client accounts with measurable results.
• Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager,
• and project management platforms like ClickUp.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred, not required).

Compensation & Benefits

• R657,654 – R799,850 base salary
