The Role

This is an exciting and rewarding role that will have a major impact on the success and growth of the business. This is a role where exceptional over the phone customer service leads to exceptional results and making a difference to people’s lives.

Primary Tasks:

• Managing and converting clients that are looking for our services via phone, email and social media enquiries
• Reaching out to previous patients through nurture campaigns with excellent phone service to deliver business growth
• To actively engage with the local business community to arrange chiropractic talks/seminars to broaden our influence within the local area
• Working alongside the sales team to assist with duties as and when required
• Weekly development meetings to ensure you are meeting the standards required of the role

Working hours: 23 hrs per week – Monday-Friday with some morning and evening shifts. Specific hours to be confirmed

These hours are UK time zone which varies 1 to 2 hours to SA

Our successful candidate:

• Confident in delivering fantastic customer service on the telephone and all channels of communication
• Is a self-starter, taking initiative to drive results and growth of the business. Driven to exceed goals and targets and to continually develop
• Superb communicator who is able to quickly build rapport and relationships
• Highly organised and diligent with attention to detail
• Experienced in a sales/customer service/hospitality/call centre or similar role

As this is a remote position, candidates must have a stable Wi-Fi connection, their own laptop or PC, and a private, quiet workspace conducive to focused work. Additionally, due to the possibility of power outages or loadshedding, candidates will be required to provide details on how they manage their work during these times to ensure minimal disruption to their productivity.
