About the Role:
We’re seeking a detail-obsessed, process-driven Researcher / Data Capturer to support our fast-growing operations. This is a remote, night-shift role ideal for individuals who thrive in structured environments, enjoy independent work, and take pride in accuracy and consistency.
You’ll be responsible for capturing contact information from vetted sources, maintaining high-volume lead lists, and ensuring clean, consistent data entry across platforms. The work is task-oriented, deadline-driven, and requires focus, discipline, and a meticulous eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct web-based research to extract key contact information from verified sources
- Capture and input data accurately into internal spreadsheets or CRM systems
- Ensure data integrity through careful formatting and duplicate checks
- Collaborate with team leads to follow SOPs and meet weekly volume goals
- Maintain clear documentation and flag anomalies or inconsistencies when needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Native-level English speaker (written and verbal)
- Proven ability to follow processes with minimal supervision
- Fast, accurate typing and data entry skills
- High attention to detail and consistency
- Comfortable with spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel)
- Reliable internet connection and a consistent power backup solution
- Strong sense of accountability and time management, especially for remote work
Bonus if You Have:
- Prior experience in lead generation, data capture, or research-based roles
- Familiarity with CRMs or automation tools (e.g., Apollo, HubSpot, Notion, etc.)
- Interest in growth marketing, research, or operations
